Kicking off the 2021/22 National Hunt season, the first Dodson & Horrell Employee of the Month award for this year has been presented to Rachael Hill. The award recognises and celebrates the hard work and dedication that the staff at 12-time Champion Trainer Paul Nicholls’ yard put in to get the horses to the track in peak condition. Harry Derham, Assistant Trainer and his panel of selectors, which includes pupil Assistant, Charlie Davies, chose the winner and Harry presented the prize.
Harry commented, “Rachael joined us this season and immediately proved herself to be a dedicated and efficient member of the team. She has a quiet and calm nature around the horses and is always going above and beyond within her role to ensure everything is done to a high standard. She is very attentive to the horses in her care, and we hope to see her leading in plenty of winners over the coming season! Thank you for all your hard work.”
