The Dodson & Horrell Arena Eventing Competition will take place on Sunday 5 August at the Magic Millions Festival of British Eventing with two classes; the 90cm level and the 100cm level sponsored by Dodson & Horrell.
Sam Horrell, CEO at Dodson & Horrell commented, “The Arena Eventing at The Festival is going from strength to strength and allows us to increase our involvement at this high profile competition, but more importantly, support riders and horses competing at the grassroots of the sport. This event provides valuable competitive experience to both horse and rider and the team competitions show the true camaraderie within the Riding and Pony Clubs.”
In addition, Dodson & Horrell sponsor the British Novice Championship at The Festival and this increased sponsorship allows the horse feed specialist to further cement their relationship at this premier event.
Peter Phillips, Event Director commented “Our aim at The Festival is to provide a breadth of competition and entertainment for everyone who attends, and the Arena Eventing really is a firm family favourite at the competition. Last year over 150 riders took part in the Arena Eventing and we are thrilled that Dodson & Horrell have agreed to support it this year. With five British Championships running over the course of the weekend, plus a host of other competitions and family entertainment we know it is a weekend not to be missed.”
As part of their sponsorship, Dodson & Horrell will provide each competitor with a feed voucher which can be redeemed on event or at a local stockist for one of the new range of feed balancers that have been recently launched. The Balancer Range offers customers six different varieties to cater for every horse’s need – Be Calm, Easy Everyday, Go Lite, Performance, Senior Support and Ulcer Sensitive make up the new range.
“Giving our customers the best quality feed is a top priority and we know that the new balancers, now available, offer our customers new ways of feeding their horses” commented Head of Marketing at Dodson & Horrell, Gemma Schwarz.
