The October Dodson & Horrell Employee of the Month award has been presented to Michelle Marsh. The award recognises and celebrates the hard work and dedication that the staff at 12-time Champion Trainer Paul Nicholls’ yard put in to get the horses to the track in peak condition. Harry Derham, Assistant Trainer and his panel of selectors, which includes pupil Assistant, Charlie Davies, chose the winner and Harry presented the prize.
Harry commented, “Michelle joined the team two years ago and has been a great addition ever since with a fantastic work ethic. She shows a lot of care and attention to the horses in her care, her role involves assisting the Head Lad and takes pride in everything she does, consistently working to a high standard and setting a good example for those around her.
Well done Michelle and thank you for all your hard work.
