I purchased Betsy in December 2020 as 19 month old Welsh section D and when she arrived home her coat was dull and she just looked a little under the weather, so I went with Dodson & Horrell after being advised from my local feed store that they are especially good for native type horses that are more prone to weight problems and was looking for that Dodson & Horrell shine!
I set out feeding Betsy the Mare & Youngstock Concentrate which so far has done her wonders! She is always commented on her shiny coat and how well she looks as a youngster! This feed is full of key amino acids, is nutritionally balanced for skeletal development and is low in sugar which is ideal for her Welsh temperament!
